Welcome to Dancan Painting Services!

My name is Fernando Olarte, proud owner of Dancan Painting Services. I fondly refer to my company as my "little son" because it represents a significant chapter of my life and my journey to providing a better future for my family.

Originating from Venezuela, I graduated from Yacambu University with a degree in law. In pursuit of new opportunities, I moved to Orlando, Florida, about eight years ago, filled with enthusiasm and determination. Although my background was in law, I was resolute in learning a trade professionally and performing high-quality, impeccable work in record time.

My journey into the world of painting began in 2017 with the help of a friend already established in the industry. With support from my coworkers, I meticulously mastered the various processes and techniques essential for producing stunning results. I'll never forget my first texture job; my supervisor graded it a 9 out of 10, which spurred me to strive for perfection and constant improvement.

After three years of dedicated work and countless hours refining my skills, I was presented with an incredible offer in 2020. A glowing reference from a satisfied client caught the attention of someone willing to offer me more than triple my current salary, along with job stability and a foreman position in a painting team. The opportunity required a move to North Carolina, with only 15 days to decide.

In that pivotal moment, I spoke with my family and made the life-changing decision to start my own business in the field I had grown to love. What once began as a means to survive and support my family has now evolved into Dancan Painting Services – a company built on passion, quality, and dedication.
